Did you know that Michelle and William from Daisie & Me had a micro wedding? Just 2 dozen guests were invited to our romantic, intimate wedding. And, not only was it is a micro wedding, it was a destination wedding too! Many of the reasons you might choose to elope, we felt the same way. We wanted to spend less money, have only our closest loved ones attending, and we wanted to focus on channeling our budget into the things that we really felt our hearts drawn to.

Not every love story fits the mold of the picture perfect, traditional, religious or family expectations that we are held to. Some of us are a little outside the box, or just don't care for the fuss. When holding our values at the forefront of our decision making, often a smaller, more intimate, more personal choice makes sense. I read somewhere the advice that a wedding does not have to be an excuse for a family reunion. And I couldn't agree more.

However I really do believe that even the smallest mini micro wedding or elopement can still be heartfelt, intimate, romantic, beautifully planned, gorgeously decorated, thoughtfully planned and exquisitely executed. That's why all our elopement options include a full trial, and a full wedding day bridal hair session. No corners are cut here, I still use all the same products, take just as much time, and ensure your hair is just as glam (or boho, or sleek, or voluminous, or intricate or whatever you want it to be!). It requires a lot less paperwork and a lot less time coordinating services when I am not booking in full days of large bridal parties, and I can also carry a smaller kit, so I wanted to pass on the savings that these things bring me. And, because I also wanted a simpler, smaller wedding day for myself, I think we might just be a little bit alike, and you might just be my kind of person!
